For those of you listed above in place 1-10, for each server, a huge congratulations! So, what now? Please send us a ticket here: https://rappelz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us You shall need to provide us with the following details: 1. Bora UID 2. Server name 3. Character name 4. Ranking placement 5. Prize selected. Should you choose a physical item that requires shipping, please also provide your shipping address. 6. Details of any top-up history (Amounts, dates, and payment methods). As initially announced, please be aware of the following: 1. In order to receive the prizes, winners shall be required to follow our authentication process to prove their ownership of the account. The prizes may be changed due to low stock or unavailability in the player's country of residence. If the chosen prize is not available it shall be replaced with a different item with the same value after being discussed with the winner in question. 2. If the winner cannot authenticate their account and/or don't do the process within 1 month after the winners have been announced then their prize might be forfeited. 3.
